Giant Ant is looking for a detail-oriented Producer who is a clear and kind communicator, can multitask with ease, and sees the beauty in a good spreadsheet.

You've got a strong grasp of the design and animation process, and organization is your love language. You can wrangle a client, a creative, and a budget with composure.

You'll be working alongside a tight-knit team on challenging, fast-paced, and exciting creative. If you care deeply about making great work and love collaborating with people who feel the same way, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director and team across all stages of production, from early concept development to final delivery, to create high-quality, visually compelling work.

• Partner with Clients throughout the process, setting expectations, providing guidance, identifying issues before they arise.

• Troubleshoot project logistics like scheduling, resourcing, budgeting.

• Facilitate and manage production tools and processes: briefing documents, shotlists, schedules, spec sheets, dailies, client calls.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a relevant creative or production environment.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and listening skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in managing your own work and deadlines.

• Good understanding of the animation process is a plus.

• Familiarity with G-suite, Coda, Figma, Syncsketch a bonus.
